I’m… rly bad at explaining myself unfortunately lol but these two tutorials show methods that are rly similar to how I do my night skies!! one two 

basically drawing stars and copy pasting until there’s enough lol

do you mean the… paper-like textures? its mostly just default photoshop ones + ones from googling grunge textures * u *
